Should you need to amend your retainer package for any reason, I am happy to do this, all I ask, is that you give me one month notice.
Payment terms
Payment for retainer packages are made in advance, on a monthly basis. Any additional hours used over those included in your package, will be billed at the same discounted rate and added to your next invoice.
Onsite support
Additional £7.50/hr plus travel expenses.
Additional services
Postage, stationery, printing, copying, calls to mobiles and international calls will be charged at cost. Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile.
