Should you need to amend your retainer package for any reason, I am happy to do this, all I ask, is that you give me one month notice.
Payment terms
Payment for retainer packages are made in advance, on a monthly basis. Any additional hours over those included in your package, will be billed at the same discounted rate at the end of the month. Payment terms for additional hours is 14 days from date of invoice.
Onsite support
Additional £7.50/hr plus travel expenses.
Additional services
Postage, stationery, printing, copying, calls to mobiles and international calls will be charged at cost. Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile.
